The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

n 8:50 a.m. Friday - Todd Robert Woolf, 37, of 8992 E. CR 400N, Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,500.

n 10:06 a.m. Friday - Christina Lavone Manges, 23, of 509 N. Main St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 11:27 a.m. Friday - Ricki Allen Clawson, 57, Ligonier, arrested for probation violation and on a civil warrant. Bond: $12,400.

n 1:27 p.m. Friday - Douglas Charles Jones, 41, of 612 E. Lakewood Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

n 4:34 p.m. Friday - Larry D. Potts, 29, of 1202 E. Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for theft - shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 6:49 p.m. Friday - Anthony Wayne Pollard, 43, of 2291 N. CR 850E, PIerceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 5:48 p.m. Thursday - Ind. 13, 50 feet west of CR 650E, Syracuse. Van-SUV collison. Drivers: James F. Tarr, 76, Fort Myers, Fla.; Christopher J. Wolferman, 46, Koher Road East, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 3:55 p.m. July 24 - Stacey Skeans, Morgan Street, Mentone, reported the theft of tools from her yard. KCSD.

n 3:39 p.m. July 25 - Sally Furtado, Pressler Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of a GPS unit from her vehicle. KCSD.
