- 2:15 p.m. Thursday – Leahann Mahns, 28, of 204 Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. No bond set.

- 1:48 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Main and Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rebecca Foerch, 61, East Center Street, Burket; Kaylynn May, 18, South CR 700W, Burket. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 7:38 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 400S and 350E, Winona Lake. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Michael Conliff, 35, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 2:08 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S.30E and Springhill Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Douglas Gallaspie, 49, Harrod, Ohio; Bert Bodnar, 50, Norwich, Ontario, Canada. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
