n 2:46 a.m. Saturday – Matthew R. Powell, 38, of 1703 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 to .14 percent. Bond: $550.
n 5:24 a.m. Saturday – Kacia N. Gray, 22, of 4600 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 11:54 a.m. Saturday – Philip A. Hann-Hawkins, 25, of 1508 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
n 3:53 p.m. Saturday – Robert E. Gross, 44, of 508 Hitzer St., Warsaw, arrested on five counts of failure to appear for misdemeanor charges. Bond: $1,217.

n 6:51 p.m. Saturday – Eileen Podlasek, 24, Skokie, Ill., arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or more. Bond: $15,000.
n 10:39 p.m. Saturday – Steven R. Bennet, 50, of 227 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator, possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Bond: $5,000.
