n 8:31 a.m. Wednesday - Zackary Ryan Wagoner, 20, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

n 10:35 a.m. Wednesday - Henry Herbert Heckel, 28, of 1903 E. Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 1 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Farrer, 20, Gas City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $2,483.50.

n 3:20 p.m. Wednesday - Levi Jackson Yeazel, aka Levi Jackson Yeager, 22, of 81 EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 6:13 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Nathan Jacobs, 33, of 409 Dolan St., Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $7,095.55.

n 7:49 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Emmitt Brushnefski, 24, of 418 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 2:05 a.m. today - Kayse Shantel Voght, 29, of 107 Acorn St., Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

n 11:25 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CR 250N and Boeing Road, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Taylor J. Zigon, 17, Gettysburg Court, Warsaw; Thomas W. Howard, 41, Middlebury. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:28 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of CR150W and US 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Geradro Montes Bernal, 20, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Laurel B. Richendollar, 39, Millersburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:59 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Pickup lost control and rolled on side. Driver: Dale A. Myole, 64, Colorado Springs, Colo. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n Saturday - Anna Davis, CR 850E, Pierceton, reported someone went through her vehicle, took items out of the glove box and then dropped the items outside the car. KCSD.

n 10:20 a.m. Saturday - Jack Hinkson, Windsor Way, Warsaw, reported the theft of a GPS unit from his vehicle. KCSD.

n 11:38 p.m. Saturday - A Goshen woman and man reported being battered. KCSD.

n 4:45 p.m. Tuesday - Jonathan J. Tinkey, Beaver Dam Road, Claypool, reported a break-in to an outbuilding and the theft of a four-wheeler, a rare motorcycle and a sawsall. KCSD.
