 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 3:04 p.m. Thursday – Nicholas Himes, 34, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Damage; $10,000.
- 4:15 p.m. Thursday – Robert Wyatt, 20, of 300 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 6:25 p.m. Thursday – Joseph Skeans, 21, of 4620 N. CR 250E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.
- 7:02 p.m. Thursday – Donald Bryant, 20, of 310 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. Bond: $1,750.
- 7:30 p.m. Thursday – Shawn Werner, 41, Wakarusa, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 9:25 p.m. Thursday – Michelle Manns, 19, of 309 Academy Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license. Bond: $350.
- 9:41 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Niezer, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while intoxicated – boat. Bond: $550.

Property Damage Accidents
- 11:04 p.m. June 29 – Intersection of CR 600N and Old 15, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Elaine Glova, 56, North Williamson Drive, Warsaw; Thomas McDowell, 42, North Stonebridge Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriffs Department investigated.
- 11:25 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 19N and CR 1000N, Nappanee. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: James Evans, 54, of West CR 100N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 3:52 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 25W and Mill Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a tree. Driver: Larry Bollinger, 75, Westside Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 6:24 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of North Kalorama Road and EMS T38 Lane, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a cement wall. Driver: Robert Bosstick, 50, EMS T48 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 11:59 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 25S and Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sasha Bailey, 22, West Broadway Street, Mentone; Mariya Buharin, 25, Bartol Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 1:49 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Armstrong Road and CR 200E, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Justin Catanzante, 25, EMS W30 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

- 10:17 a.m. Thursday – 300 E. Prairie St., Warsaw. Driver: Larry Williams, 54, East Portside Drive, struck a vehicle registered to Tracy Owens, East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 2:34 p.m. Thursday – 3611 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Larry Konkle, 61, Lake City Highway, Warsaw, struck a vehicle registered to Prairie Farms Dairy Inc., Carlinsville, Ill. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
