 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:48 p.m. Friday – Janice Torres Amando, 52, of 205 N. Front St., Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:29 p.m. Friday – Angelique Darlene Holmes, 27, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
• 4:02 p.m. Saturday – David Dean Gill, 39, of 10850 W. Ind. 10, Bourbon, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:33 p.m. Saturday – Jake Dillion Manzke, 29, Downers Grove, Ill., arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 7:47 p.m. Saturday – Devon Michael Francio Hanson, 24, Lufkin, Texas, arrested for driving a vehicle while suspended. No bond set.
• 10:26 p.m. Saturday – James Mathew Sizemore, 37, Indianapolis, arrested for possession of marijuana and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,100.
• 11:48 p.m. Saturday – Veronica Marie Adams, 18, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, Apt. D2, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 1:32 a.m. Sunday – Jorge De La Luz, 20, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Lot 128, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:35 a.m. Sunday – Sean Charles McDonnell, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond: $600.
• 4:32 a.m. Sunday – Maximilian Wade Thompson, 25, homeless, arrested for public intoxication and refusal to identify self to law enforcement. Bond: $450.
• 11:37 p.m. Sunday – Logan Scott House, 21, of 1570 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:16 a.m. Monday – Dustin M. Pettigrew, 34, of 6969 W. CR 200S, Pierceton, arrested for public intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 11:05 a.m. Monday – Joseph Luis Criswell, 36, of 8280 E. US 30, Lot 114, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $229.
• 9:34 p.m. Monday – Michael Richard Grabowski, 36, of 3521 Lake City Hwy., Lot 237, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:09 p.m. Monday – Thomas Foster Smith, 34, of 3403 S. CR 550W, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:01 a.m. Monday – Jose Merced Alcala, 63, Goshen,  arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:42 p.m. Saturday – Intersection  of  US 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kamilah T. Armour, 35, Fort Wayne; Carol L. Vierling, 57, East Graystone Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Vierling complained of pain to the right side and was transferred to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Two passengers in Armour’s vehicle, Jaurion Watson, 18, and Lakiria Armour, 17, both of Fort Wayne, complained of pain to the head and were transported to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:54 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of  East Fort Wayne and North Cook Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: James A. Gause, 46, East Clark Street, Warsaw; Barbara A. Hardin, 74, North Columbia Street, Warsaw Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 1:35 p.m. Saturday – Intersection  of  Buck Trail and Stag Drive, Warsaw. Car back into parked car registered to William E. Duff, West South Street, Argos. Driver: Ryan D. Swing, 35, Buck Trail, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 11:36 p.m. Saturday – Intersection  of  West Market and South Washington Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Hunter D. Hyden, 16, West CR 1250S, Akron; Quinton A. Bolduc, 23, Bloomington. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 3:35 p.m. Saturday – An individual reported a cell phone missing in the 700 block of East Willis Park, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 8:18 p.m. Saturday – An individual reported a hit and run in the 100 block of EMS C18 Lane, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
• 11:02 p.m. Saturday – An employee of Martin’s Supermarket reported a shoplifter. WPD.
