- 12:19 p.m. Monday – Jeffery Secrist, 27, Elkhart, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:29 p.m. Monday – James Kern, 21, of 4639 E. Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:03 p.m. Monday – Ethan Jessie, 22, of 4547 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
- 1:19 p.m. Monday – Shaylynn Marley, 27, of 518 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,665.
Personal Injury Accidents
- 6:17 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Center and Bronson streets. Driver: Rick Hatcher, 55, East Wilcox Road, Warsaw struck a bicycle ridden by Brandon Evans, 28, Vincennes. Evans was airlifted to Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 6:52 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Jaylynn Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Stanton Frantz, 61, Main Street, South Whitley; Cindy Stiver, 56, Rozella Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Frantz complained of chest pain; Stiver complained of elbow pain; Stephan Stiver, 61, a passenger in Stiver’s vehicle, complained of chest pain. Damage: $50,000 to $100,000. WPD.

- 5:26 a.m. Wednesday – U.S. 30W and CR 200N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bryan Hampshire, 38, Sophie Lane, Warsaw; William Pietrzak, 56, South Meadow Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 3:01 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 250W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: David Anderson, 39, East Main Street, Warsaw; Noah Shepherd, 26, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
- 8 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher Swihart, 25, Elkhart, struck a vehicle, then the vehicle left the scene. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
