 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 11:09 a.m. Monday – Andrew Barrett, 19, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.
- 11:21 a.m. Monday – Travis Tarlton, 23, of 542 Lincoln Highway, Bourbon, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 11:53 a.m. Monday – Anthony Rice, 28, of 1931 Lavista Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 11:54 a.m. Monday – Salvador Negrete, 20, of 9920 Starrey-Eyed Lane, Cromwell, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $500.
- 4:01 p.m. Monday – Jacob Schweitzberger, 20, of 641 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested on an outstanding warrant. No bond set.
- 5:11 p.m. Monday – Alfonso Ramos, 32, of 1824 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for conspiracy to commit a felony and dealing marijuana. Bond: $50,000.
- 6:02 p.m. Monday – Casey Chessor, 18, of 400 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $25,000.
- 6:37  p.m. Monday – Mary East, 22, of 4069 N. Old Port Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.
- 6:57 p.m. Monday – Jarrad Hollister, 25, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 12:29 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 600S and 500E, Pierceton. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kenneth Fisher, 50, South CR 700E, Pierceton; Daren Ransbottom, 23, Westcreek Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Ransbottom complained of leg pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 3:12 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 400E and 700W, Etna Green. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Troy Craig, 45, Creek Bend, Milford. Injuries: Craig complained of chest pain; Sabrina Allen, 40, North Meadows Drive, Nappanee, a passenger in Craig’s vehicle, complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.

- 11:35 p.m. Friday – Intersection of CR 675W and Yant Street, Burket. One vehicle struck a tree. Driver: Kevin Walsh, 42, South Dale Lane, Claypool. Damage: $5,000 to $10,0000. KCSD.
- 10:22 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Little Eagle Street and Fairlane Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Kevin Raisler, 45, Short Street, Winona Lake. Damage: less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 1:36 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center and Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Paige Grue, 25, 13th Street, Winona Lake; James Brazo, 72, South CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 3:12 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and Ind. 15S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Charles Joyner, 19, EMS T36 Lane, Leesburg; Thomas Snow, 67, Chestnut Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 3:16 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Main Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: John Gray, 25, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Jennifer Hicks, 37, East CR 225S, Warsaw; Arthur Krueger, 65, North Tucker Street, Mentone. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
