- 10:31 a.m. Wednesday - Beth Ann Bahney, 35, of 1413 Oriole Drive, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and neglect of a dependent. Bond: $500.

- 3:22 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Lee Kreft, 33, Mishawaka, arrested for non-support. Bond: $20,000.

- 3:54 p.m. Wednesday - James Michael Schwartz, 20, Goshen, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 6:46 p.m. Wednesday - Brian Monroe Nine, 25, of 2157 E. CR 350S, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

- 10:36 p.m. Wednesday - James Joseph Myer, 25, of 11207 N. Humpty-Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, arrested for possession of legend of precursors to making methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.

- 3:49 a.m. today - Kyle Weston Jones, 21, of 107 N. Pecan St., Syracuse, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $500.

- 3:50 a.m. today - Kayla Marie Jacquez, 18, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Lot 60, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession/consumption of alcohol. Bond: $300.

Injuries: Keith Dailey suffered contusions and bruises to his hip; Kevin Dailey, 8, a passenger on Keith Dailey's motorcycle, suffered contusions and bruises to his hip. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
