n 10:43 a.m. Wednesday - Jermey Steven Young, 29, of 1834 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. $2,000.

n 11:24 a.m. Wednesday - Jim Edward Ryan Waid, 29, of 6687 E. Old 30, Pierceton, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.

n 11:40 a.m. Wednesday - Charles Cornelius Cotton, 21, Indianapolis, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 3:20 p.m. Wednesday - Mauricio H. Carvajal, 38, of 2935 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.

n 7:52 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan James McKinney, 22, Goshen, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $965.

n 10:27 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Norman Paquette, 45, of 436 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 11:08 p.m Wednesday - Gaudencio Zala Velazquez, 43, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 4:19 a.m. today - Brandson Markel Zumbrun, 28, of 2271 Cost-A-Plenty, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

n 6:51 a.m. today - Jesus Romero Gutierrez, 36, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for fraud. Bond: $350.

n 5:30 p.m. Wednesday - 414 Detroit St., Warsaw. Pickup hit parked car registered to Debra D. Miler, Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Terry K. Walls, 73, EMS C27C Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 11:04 p.m. Wednesday - Ind. 25, 1,000 feet north of Rozella Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Murry M. Groves, 59, Maple Lane, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
