n 10:32 a.m. Tuesday - Charles Kevin Belcher, 32, Harlan, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 1:57 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Ray Richcreek, 21, of 5676 E. CR 650N, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 2:13 p.m. Tuesday - Aubrey Ann Coy, 30, of 4865 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, arrested for fraud and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,000.

n 5:12 p.m. Tuesday - Shannon Lee Daffron, 34, of 407 N. Grant St., Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 5:28 p.m. Tuesday - Cheyenne David Ritenour, 29, of 1615 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 1:05 a.m. today - Jeremy Austin Doyle, 19, of 3040 N. CR 800W, Warsaw, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $350.

n 2:20 a.m. today - Dustin Lee Lemarr, 20, of 2001 Meadows, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 12:08 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Center and McKinley streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Vivian L. Mitchell, 78, Old 30, Pierceton; Jacqueline L. Fry, 18, Main Street, Akron. Injury: Fry complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 7:03 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Center and Scott streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Crystal L. Pratt, 20, Southwood Drive, Warsaw; Ricardo Z. Xiqui, 49, White Pigeon, Mich. Injuries: Pratt complained of neck pain, and Xiqui complained of abdominal pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

n 5:53 p.m. Monday - A Milford man reported being battered. WPD.
