 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:16 a.m. Wednesday – Aaron Robert Marshall, 32, of 777 N. CR600W., Leesburg, arrested for possession of schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substances. Bond: $500.
• 1:59 p.m. Wednesday – Yakira Megan Brown, 22, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for theft.  Bond: $600.
• 2:38 p.m. Wednesday – Raymond William Grevenstuk, 22, Nacona, Texas, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 11:57 p.m. Wednesday – Sergei Nikolai Marthaler, 22, of 511 Clinic, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:56 a.m. Thursday – Andre Lamar Jackson, 45, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 6:49 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection  of  East Center Street and South Taft Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ashley N. Bender, 32, East Ramar Drive, Warsaw; Lei Wang, 40, East Springfield Drive, Warsaw. Bender complained of head and neck pain, but refused medical attention. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:49 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection  of  East Fort Wayne Street and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Vehicle hit street light owned by City of Warsaw. Driver: Randy G. Alderson, 55, Moulton, Ala. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 11:44 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection  of East Center Street and South Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Stuart D. Woodward, 66,  East Muirfield Road, Winona Lake; Karin McGrath, 52, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 12:12 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection  of North Detroit Street and East Canal Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Betty M. McIntire, 78,  McDonald Street; Liliana Temozihui, 18, East CR200 North, Warsaw. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

Incidents
• 1:21 a.m. Tuesday – A break-in was reported at Advanced Disposal in the 2700 block of East CR800S, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 9:44 a.m. Wednesday – A individual reported a vehicle struck a street sign and NIPSCO light pole and fled the scene in the 200 block of West Fourth Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 11:27 a.m. Wednesday – An individual reported unknown subject used his information to open a Verizon Wireless account and did not pay the bill in the 500 block of North Blaine Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 3:24 p.m. Wednesday – A wallet was found in the 300 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw, and turned in to the WPD.
• 8:07 p.m. Sunday – An individual reported theft of a bicycle in the 300 block of Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSD.
