n 2:55 p.m. Tuesday - Hugh Franklin Fuller Jr., 49, of 5760 W. CR 1400N, North Manchester, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $500.

n 6:19 p.m. Tuesday - Darin Adam Dodson, 27, of 956 E. John St., Nappanee, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $15,000.

n 10:09 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Paul Mitchell, 24, of 1068 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter and for false police reporting. Bond: $1,500.

n 10:11 p.m. Tuesday - Michell Dawn Slone, aka Michell Thompson, 33, of 313 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter, probation violation and ephedrine restriction. Bond: $2,500.

n 11:52 p.m. Tuesday - Kira Ann Courson, 18, of 118 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended and illegal transport of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

n 11:56 p.m. Tuesday - William Maya, 18, Elkhart, arrested for illegal transport of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

n 12:58 a.m. today - Robert Dewayne Slone, 31, of 1296 Copeland, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
