- 2:03 p.m. Friday - Tina Louise Keplinger, 38, Wabash, arrested for two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

- 2:46 p.m. Friday - Steven Dewayne Mullins, 35, of 303 E. Lime St., South Whitley, arrested for warrant service. No bond set.

- 3:21 p.m. Friday - Stephen Jay Hewitt, 54, of 801 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

- 3:33 p.m. Friday - Tara Louise Miller, 24, of 5443 Brown Road, Leesburg, arrested for battery on law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.

- 2:55 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30 W, near CR 200N, Warsaw, semi-car collision. Drivers: Frank L. Hair, 28, Ohio; Christi J. German, 45, N. Locke Street, Nappanee. Damage: less than $750. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 9:12 p.m. Thursday - Ind. 13N, near CR 300N, North Webster, car hit deer. Driver: Megan A. Ross, 17, N. Shagbark, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 - $2,500. KCSD.
