- 11:28 a.m. Friday - Jr. Thomas George Seaberg, 32, of 5844 King Fisher Drive, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 8:57 p.m. Friday - Jose L. Morenzo-Ozuna, 22, of 142 Sanchez Drive, Rio Grande, Texas, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.

- 6:33 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of CR 475E. and Armstrong Road, North Webster, two-vehicle rear-end colission. Drivers: Due Sheehy, 63, 14th Lane, Hobart, and Michael Rice, 42, Mill Pond Court, Fort Wayne. Rice's passenger complained of neck, back and leg pain. The passenger was checked out by North Webster Emergency Medical Services and refused medical treatment at the scene. Rice stated he would take his passenger to be looked at by emergency room personnel in Fort Wayne. Damage: Less than $750. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
