County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11 p.m. Tuesday – James Robert Roder, 30, of 3616 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested on a warrant from another agency. Bond: $500.
• 7:45 p.m. Tuesday – Joshua Cain  Kauffman, 35, of 6943 W. CR 800N, Nappanee, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:34 p.m. Tuesday – David Richard Richter, 50, of 2582 E. Sandy Drive, Apt. 13A, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,000.
• 10:51 p.m. Tuesday – Byron Demarques Turner, 26, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana and false information. Bond: $600.
• 1:13 a.m. Wednesday – Morgen James Rowe, 32, of 402 E. 2nd St., North Manchester, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.

• 7:18 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection  of  East US 30 and South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Charles T. Brown, 26, South Ind. 14, Akron; Jonathan P. Ostermann, 30, Fort Wayne. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 3:47 p.m. Tuesday – 109 E. Canal St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Anjil D. Bradley, 25, East Harrison Street; Claypool; Brittanie L. Davis, 24, Chinworth Court, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of West Winona Avenue and South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Valesca A. Aguilar, 18, Ivywood Drive, Warsaw; John R. Canan, 85, Camelot Drive, Winona Lake. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 9:10 a.m. Monday – An employee reported a theft at a gas station in the 100 block of North Main Street, Leesburg. KCSD.
• 11:03 p.m. Friday – An individual reported fraud on a debit card in the  11600 block of South CR 200W, Silver Lake. WPD.
• 11:30 a.m. Monday – An individual reported fraud in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 11:47 a.m. Saturday – An individual reported a lost cell phone in the 1400 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 12:20 p.m. Saturday – A female reported being threatened in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:20 p.m. Sunday – An individual reported theft of a fentanyl patch in the 900 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:30 p.m. Monday – An individual reported theft of an iPhone in the 11400 block of North Nash Drive, Syracuse. KCSD.
• 2:50 a.m. Sunday – A individual reported a vehicle stolen in the 200 block of North Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:47  p.m. Sunday – An male individual reported an animal bite in the 300 block of West Porter Street, Warsaw. WPD.
