- 11 a.m. Thursday – Michael Johnston, 43, of 10873 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 11:35 a.m. Thursday – Rodney Heltzel, 43, of 410 N. Park Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 1:37 p.m. Thursday – Robert Zutel, 34, of 425 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
- 2:29 p.m. Thursday – Anthony Gabbard, 22, of 11720 N. Rumpelstiltskin Drive, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
- 5:43 p.m. Thursday – Sean Rhodes, 26, of 110 S. Union St., Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:25 p.m. Thursday – Phillip Dawalt, 23, of 2606 William Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 10 p.m. Thursday – Kenneth Williams, 21, of 515 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
- 10:03 p.m. Thursday – Victor Vega, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.
- 10:42 p.m. Thursday – Timothy Angle, 53, of 6651 Ind. 25N, Rochester, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

Personal Injury Accident
- 3:44 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: James Barron, 31, Columbia City; Heather Shepherd, 26, West Pleasant Street, Etna Green. Injuries: Kai Shepherd, 9 months, West Pleasant Street, Etna Green, a passenger in Shepherd’s vehicle, suffered pain throughout the entire body. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 3:57 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Oriole Drive and Lakeview Boulevard, Warsaw. Vehicle struck a mailbox. Driver: William DeGaetano, 80, Oriole Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 5:30 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and Ind. 19N, Etna Green. Two-vehicle collision.  Driver: Richard Korn, 58, Watertown, Wis.; Jonathan Rohrer, 26, South CR 600W, Claypool. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
- 2:33 p.m. Thursday – A intersection of Winona and Park avenues, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gary Jones, 24, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Philip Metzger, 69, Ind. 13S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 4:53 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Pope and McClellan streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: David Saint, 65, Ind. 15S, Silver Lake; Kimberly Furnivall, 48, West Woodland Hills South, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
- 9:37 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs 175E and 550N, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Lauren Rogers, 21, North Highland Lane, Leesburg. Damage: less than $1,000. KCSD.
