• 10:48 p.m. Friday – Jeffery James Oswalt, 35, of 3190 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $15,250.
• 12:34 a.m. Sunday – Jason Dean Dugger, 35, of 2510 Belmont Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $700.
• 11:22 a.m. Sunday – Brittany Nicole Hughes, 21, of 12022 N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:29 a.m. Sunday – Brandon Kane Eber, 20, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:07 p.m. Sunday – Matthew Jon Yoder, 18, Middlebury, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:25 p.m. Sunday – David Gabril Maitland, 31, Girard, Pa., arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 8:35 p.m. Sunday – Angela Sue Clouse, 50, Goshen, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $600.
• 9:57 p.m. Sunday – James Michael Duncan Jr., 38, Marion, arrested on two warrants for another agency and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:15 a.m. Monday – Chase Allen Elder, 31, of 3762 W. Old Road 30, Lot 606, Warsaw, arrested for dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $40,000.
• 1 p.m. Monday – Cheryl Ann Miller, 45, of 9462 Ind. 19, Lot 28, Etna Green, arrested for dealing methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 1:48 p.m. Monday – Richard Kent Ganser, 54, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $168.50.
• 1:52 p.m. Monday – Janelle Lynn Hall, 26, Elkhart, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $416.50.
• 3:18 p.m. Monday – Kenyon Dwight Harris, 30, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Lot 209, Warsaw, arrested for habitual traffic violator for life. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:25 p.m. Monday – Carrie Ann  Endicott, 18, of 509 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 7:03 p.m. Monday – Darren Martel Haynes, 24, of 357 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $333.
• 1:24 a.m. Tuesday – Vicky Newman, 46, of 303 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $700.

Zimmer, 38, Indianapolis; Jeri D. Purdy, 32, EMS T7 Lane, Leesburg. Damages: $50,000 to $100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:31 p.m. Monday – Intersection  of  East Wawasee Drive and East CR 1250N, Cromwell. Sideswipe. Drivers: Eduardo G. Oviedo, 44, East Orange Street, Cromwell; Michael D. Sauer, 56, Beechwood Drive, Nappanee. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 4:32 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Fisher Avenue and Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver swerved and went off the road to avoid deer. Driver: Chester L. Moore, 56, Superior Street, Huntington. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. WPD.

• 11:30 a.m. Monday – An individual reported fraud in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
