 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 8:21 a.m. Thursday – Jessie L. Miller, 25, of 736 S. Warbler Lane, Warsaw, arrested for fraud on a financial institution and theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $5,000.
n 1:10 p.m. Thursday – Matthew M. Morris, 34, Millersburg, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 2:43 p.m. Thursday – Michael D. Stacy, 42, of 423 W. Broadway St., Etna Green, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
n 8:38 p.m. Thursday – Thomas E. McNees, 46, of 730 E. Center St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.
n 8:57 p.m. Thursday – John V. Rogers Jr., 25, of 303 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested on three counts of failure to appear for felony charges, on a warrant in a civil matter and two counts of failure to appear for misdemeanor charges. Bond: $32,200.

n 8:01 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Detroit and Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Vehicle struck bicyclist. Driver: Windy N. Fitzpatrick, 35, CR 200W, Claypool; bicyclist: James P. Woods, 34, Harrison Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Woods suffered abrasions to his legs, pain in his fingers and ankle and a laceration to his left ear and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: Less than $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 11:53 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of McClellan Street and Brown Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Heath A. Simons, 36, Rochester; Kathleen Madden, 46, Hawthorn Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Simons complained of pain in his right wrist and forearm; Madden complained of chest pain. Both refused medical treatment. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
n 5:39 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs 800W and 300N, Etna Green. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Linda E. Schempf, 24, Fort Wayne; Charity A. Bailey, Michigan City. Injuries: Bailey complained of pain in her back and was transported to KCH for treatment. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 3:34 p.m. Thursday – Parker Street, 10 feet from Husky Trail, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Carol A. Watkins, 67, Columbia City; Terry E. Nine, 57, CR 200N, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
n 2:10 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Old 30 and Clinic Court, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Emily G. Franks, 18, Larwill; Jenny L. Shumaker, 47, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Damages: $750-$1,000. WPD.
n 6:47 a.m. Friday – Intersection of CRs 100E and 450N, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Lisa M. Fouts, 35, EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
