- 4:16 p.m. Wednesday - David R. Cross, 44, of 9924 Lincoln Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $1,000.

- 8:22 p.m. Wednesday - Faith Michelle Hogue, 31, of 411 W. Center St., Bourbon, arrested for check deception. Bond: $300.

- 12:33 a.m. today - Christopher D. Malott, 37, of 4857 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $420.

- 2:34 a.m. today - Dana Kaye Garza, 33, of 888 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

- 6:05 a.m. today - Gary Thomas Frantz, 19, of 3300 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $342.

- 4:44 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Packerton Road and CR 400S, Warsaw. Pickup went off road. Driver: Ryan J. Bucher, 25, Sunset Drive, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 7:28 p.m. Wednesday - North Pointe Drive, 387 feet west of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Joshua J. Ryman, 21, North CR 250E, Milford. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- Friday - Sue Gladieux, North CR 850E, North Webster, reported the theft of four solar lights from a residence. Value: $80. KCSD.

- 8:56 a.m. Friday - Scotty T. Boyle, Wildwood Lane, Winona Lake, reported the window of a vehicle broken and an mp3 transmitter stolen. Value: $130. KCSD.

- 8:30 a.m. Wednesday - A Rester Electric employee, West Armstrong Road, Warsaw, reported a theft from the business. Value: $400. WPD.

- 10:07 a.m. Wednesday - Jason Michael Alexander, West Bumblebee Boulevard, Claypool, reported damage to his truck. WPD.

- 7:47 p.m. Wednesday - Mindy S. Ditton, East Main Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of $1,300 from a purse. WPD.
