n 6:46 a.m. Tuesday - Gabriel Raymond Fields, 23, of 2301 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $6,530.

n 9:42 a.m. Tuesday - Pedro Rendon, 30, Bremen, arrested for forgery and identity theft. Bond: $5,000.

n 7:50 p.m. Tuesday - Jeff Lee Brewer, 23, of 102 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for intimidation with force. Bond: $2,000.

n 9:14 p.m. Tuesday - William Burn Howard, 37, of 2217 Brookview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 1:10 a.m. today - Jay Lynn Krauter, 38, of 207 S. West St., Milford, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 1:59 p.m. Tuesday - 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Jennifer M. Blackwell, 20, Center Street, Warsaw; Stephen K. Nykos, 52, Ind. 5, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 2 p.m. Friday - Steven Gaughan, Indianapolis, reported the theft of a mp3 player from his vehicle. Loss: $399. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 4:11 p.m. Friday - Jake Garner, North CR 560E, Syracuse, reported the theft of a stereo and sub woofers from a vehicle. KCSD.

n 1:13 p.m. Monday - Bonnie Lou Flannery, West Rowland Lane, Silver Lake, reported the theft of money from a deposit bag. WPD.

n 4:47 p.m. Monday - Margaret Zimmerman, North CR 200W, Milford, reported damage to her vehicle. KCSD.

n 10:26 a.m. Tuesday - Denna Lynn Faught, Lyon Street, Warsaw, reported the theft from a residence and yard. Value: $552. WPD.

n 12:04 p.m. Tuesday - Debra Denise Miller, West Market Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of two bikes and reported an abandoned bike. WPD.
