n 11:32 p.m. Tuesday – Troy Scott Barron, 49, Lewisburg, Tenn., arrested for bank fraud. Bond: $5,000.
n 2:26 a.m. Wednesday – Timothy Joseph O’Brien, 24, of 1311 M. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and battery. Bond: $3,000.
n 1:16 p.m. Wednesday – Christy Ann Zook, 50, of 150 EMS T36 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for refusing to submit to a chemical breath test. Bond: $550.
n 6:01 p.m. Wednesday – Courtney Starr Bair, 20, of 326 Eisenhower Pkwy., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for a failure to appear rearrest. No bond set.
n 7:53 p.m. Wednesday – Crystal R. Morosky, 39, of 202 Argonne Road, No. 3, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for a failure to appear rearrest. Bond: $25,000.
n 8:31 p.m. Wednesday – Zachary Henry Woodcock, 23, of 405 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for theft, resisting law enforcement and probation violation. Bond: $3,250.
n 9:17 p.m. Wednesday – Tyler Jordan Jeckert, 23, of 207 N. Oak St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana, hash or salvia. Bond: $500.
n 9:33 p.m. Wednesday – Barbara Louise Sanchez, 21, of 501 W. Jefferson St., A, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
n 11:01 p.m. Wednesday – Christopher Allen Smith, 31, of 12485 W. CR 700S, Mentone, arrested for failure of a sex offender to provide identification with a prior conviction. Bond: $10,000.
n 1:49 a.m. today – Jorge Luis Carrillo, 19, of 1310 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

Property Damage Accidents
n 6:48 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North CR 300E and East CR 100N, Warsaw. Vehicle lost a tire and driver struck utility pole. Driver: Garrett S. Leckrone, 45, EMS C14 Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko Community Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 2:46 p.m. Wednesday – West McElroy Drive, 34 feet north of Executive Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Melanie A. Knisely, 41, West CR 200N, Warsaw; Susan A. Black, 58, EMS C28A Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:52 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Joe H. Haywood, 20, East CR 900S, Claypool; Araceli Martinez, 39, South High Street, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

n 3:59 p.m. Wednesday – Police responded to a report of stolen property in the 1900 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
