- 9:41 p.m. Sunday – John Shephard, 44, of 316 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $100,000.
- 2:18 a.m. Monday – Patrick Amos, 20, Terre Haute, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 6:34 a.m. Monday – Harley Maples, 20, of 2122 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for strangulation, criminal mischief, criminal confinement, battery, resisting law enforcement and intimidation. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:33 a.m. Monday – Savannah Al-Khateeb, 22, of Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
- 10:45 am. Monday – Brian Kiser, 44, Elkhart, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 2:29 p.m. Monday – Melissa McGinnis, 35, Columbia City, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $1,000.
- 3:27 p.m. Monday – Benjamin Stewart, 39, of 902 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
- 4:43 p.m. Monday – Kenneth Stanton, 41, of 3350 E. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $75,000.
- 5:18 p.m. Monday – Adam Pickering, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to comply and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:06 p.m. Monday – Dakoda Landis, 21, of 873 Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $750.

- 2:09 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 25S and Ferguson Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck an embankment. Driver: Diane Parker, 58, Falcon Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Parker complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 9:56 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle rolled over. Driver: Jack Bocock, 27, West CR 800S, Claypool. Injuries: Bocock complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated .
