- 11:46 a.m. Monday - Nancy Kay Schisler, 53, of 103 Holiday Lane, Cromwell, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,000.

- 11:59 a.m. Monday - Ashley Renee Sinclair, 21, of 102 Main St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

- 12:23 p.m. Monday - Heidi Renee Dailey, 30, of Lot 13 Meadows, Nappanee, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

- 12:36 p.m. Monday - Bobbie Jo Petri, 35, of 1436 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $250.

- 3:02 p.m. Monday - Nicholas Alan Snyder, 19, of 1531 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Bond: $300.

- 3:07 p.m. Monday - Aaron Edward Tolbet, 26, of 109 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

- 3:45 p.m. Monday - John Stafford Courson Jr., 20, of 3010 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

- 6:43 p.m. Monday - Janna Hope Davis, 18, of Kingsville, Ohio, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 11:40 p.m. Monday - Brandon James Karbach, 26, of 529 Railside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

- 6:20 a.m. today - Blaine Allen Fisher, 21, of 1101 Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

- 2:40 p.m. Monday - U.S. 30W entrance ramp, Warsaw. Car went off road. Driver: Olivia A. Cantero, 34, North Parker Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Cantero complained of leg pain; Daniel Arroyo, 4, North Parker Street, a passenger in Cantero's vehicle, complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 10:26 p.m. Sunday - County Farm Road, 200 feet north of CR 1000S, Silver Lake. Van hit cow. Driver: Lucille M. Thomas, 53, Cecil Street, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

- 3:59 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 250N, Warsaw. Pickup-van collision. Drivers: Eric J. Stangland, 27, Fort Wayne; Mary E. Hall, 66, Ind. 25, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
