n 8:39 a.m. Tuesday – Mario Allan Maxson, 42, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 11:59 a.m. Tuesday – Chad Monroe Morgan, 35, of 1512 Dot St., A, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance. Bond: $4,000.
n 1:24 p.m. Tuesday – Jay Anthony Mote, 37, Rochester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
n 1:48 p.m. Tuesday – Robert Loren Northrop, 44, Niles, Mich., arrested for child solicitation. Bond: $4,000.
n 4:26 p.m. Tuesday – Chantry Edward Simmons, 24, Columbia City, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $1,500.

n 5:20 p.m. Tuesday – 756 S. Main St., North Webster. Driver struck parked vehicle registered to Shirley A. Fidler, North Webster. Driver: Milton J. Null, 80, EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
n 6:40 a.m. today – Ind. 13, 300 feet south of East CR 300N, North Webster. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Ryan J. Megger, 23, East Backwater Road, North Webster. Damages: $750 to $1,000. NWPD.

n 2:04 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw man reported theft from his vehicle in the 3300 block of West John Road. KCSD.
n 3:10 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a report of gasoline theft in the 100 block of West State Street, Etna Green. KCSD.
n 3:50 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported theft in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street. WPD.
n 5:22 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a request for EMS assistance in the 2000 block of North Sunset Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
