n 12:09 p.m. Wednesday - David Scott Brenner, 38, of 204 N. Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw, arrested for forgery-checks. No bond set.

n 9:40 p.m. Wednesday - Douglas Wayne Fancil, 35, New Paris, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

n 3:14 a.m. today - Matthew Dean Powell, 19, of 704 S. Jackson St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of legends or precursors to making methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:50 a.m. today - Joshua Cone Jr., 28, of 5633 N. Oswego Road, Warsaw, arrested for having an illegal drug lab, reckless driving and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $10,000.
