- 9:37 p.m. Friday - Beverly Sue Clark, 40, of 309 E. Main St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 1:35 a.m. Saturday - Mark Robert Alspaugh, 25, of 5132 N. CR 250E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $750.
