n 9:43 p.m. Tuesday - Curtis Evan Smith, 37, Kendallville, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $465.

n 9:47 p.m. Tuesday - Burl Edward Crace, 41, of 11370 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for dumping hazardous material and a probation violation. Bond: $500.
