 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:38 a.m. Monday – Morgan Rae Eryman, 18, of 7090 E. CR 400N, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:10 p.m. Monday – Jay Durand Castleberry, 46, Georgetown, Ky., arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $10,250.
• 8:17 p.m. Monday – Jason Lee Rife, 42, Goshen, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.
• 9:24 p.m. Monday – Eric Jason Troy Barker, 46, of 59 EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:53 p.m. Monday – Thomas Alvin Conway, 40, of 6886 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.
• 10 p.m. Monday – Chanelle Nicole Stults, 27, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:54 a.m. Tuesday – Christopher L. Boyd, 30, of 707 N. Mill St., Apt. 4, North Manchester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Accidents
• 8:48 a.m. Saturday – 822 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Car swerved to avoid head-on collision, went off road into mailboxes. Driver: John R. Denton, 34, East CR 850N, North Manchester. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:38 a.m. Saturday – 9311 S. Ind. 15, Claypool. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ellis W. Hall, 20,  South CR 600W, Silver Lake; Takayuki Nakamura, 44, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 2:06 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of  Lake City Highway and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Dawn L. Reed, 45, Bond Street, North Manchester; Diane E. Stout, 58, Prairie Street, St. Charles, Ill.; Nicole J. Meredith, 33, East Forest Glen Avenue, Leesburg. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
• 8:11 p.m. Saturday – 202 N. Lake St., Syracuse. Rear-end collision. Driver: Manpreet Kaur, 27, Perry Hall, Md. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 10:24 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of East Jefferson and South Detroit Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Todd M. Clay, 24, South CR 175W, Warsaw; Reginald L. Johnson, 67, West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 10:08 p.m. Monday – Intersection of  CR 450S and CR 950S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Megan L. Bibler, 22, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 12:59 a.m. Saturday – An individual called to report he had attempted suicide by taking sleeping pills in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:31 p.m. Saturday – An individual reported damage to his vehicles in the 1200 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:29 p.m. Saturday – An individual forgot his wallet in the store and the cashier gave it to the wrong customer. The wallet was never returned. WPD.
• 5:31 p.m. Saturday – An employee of Walmart reported theft of cash in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:43 p.m. Saturday – An individual reported theft of a generator in the 8800 block of West CR 1100N, Nappanee. KCSD.
• 10:28 p.m. Saturday – An individual reported a hit and run in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:12 p.m. Sunday – An individual reported a verbal altercation at Central Park in the 100 block of Canal Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 12:58 a.m. Monday – An individual reported a battery in the 8200 block of East US 30, Pierceton. KCSD.
• 11:27 a.m. Monday – A adult female reported being battered by her roommate in the 300 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 11:17 a.m. Monday – An individual reported a battery in the 8200 block of East US 30, Pierceton. KCSD.
• 5:07 p.m. Monday – An individual reported theft of medication in the 600 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. WPD.
