- 7:37 a.m. Monday – Emmanul Turner, 32, of 1827 Rieder St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and public intoxication. Bond: $500.
- 8:48 a.m. Monday – Nathan Greenwell, 40, Knox, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:29 p.m. Monday – Leroy Zartman, 53, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 2:52 p.m. Monday – Mark Conrad, 42, of 516 Chinworth Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to pay court costs. Bond: $290.
- 4:23 p.m. Monday – Lyrandah Bonewitz, 21, Columbia City, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.

- 3:23 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Nancy McMunn, 70, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; Linda Leisring, 54, Cincinnati, Ohio. Injuries: McMunn complained of chest pain; Leisring complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 10:40 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Crystal Lake and Parks Schram roads, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a guide wire. Driver: Pearl Maish, 55, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Injuries: Maish complained of hip pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
