n 6:07 a.m. Friday – Travis Wayne Faulkner, 25, of 71660 CR 37, Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond $1,500.
n 8:44 a.m. Friday – Lisa Marie Klinge, 28, of 208 W. 5th St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond $750.
n 12:49 p.m. Friday – Larry D. Potts, 31, of 405 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. Bond $11,000.
n 1:32 p.m. Friday – Stephanie Lynn Long, 28, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and leaving the scene. Bond $550.
n 1:54 p.m. Friday – Roy Lee Shepherd, 41, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, North Manchester, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
n 1:57 p.m. Friday – Leah Marie Nordman, 19, of 1408 N. Buckingham, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond $2,000.
n 2:33 p.m. Friday – Jonathan Woodrow Patton, 27, of 13 W. Lakeside Drive, North Manchester, arrested for theft from a business. Bond $2,000.

n 8:28 a.m. Thursday – 11100 Ind. 13 N, Syracuse. Van hit shrubs and house. Driver: Virginia Barker, 66, of 8163 E. CR 900N, Syracuse. Damage: Less than $1,000. KCSD.
n 9:44 a.m. Friday – Pierceton Road, 2,000 feet west of CR 500E, Pierceton. Car-van collision. Drivers: Rico A. Valdez, 18, of 820 Wexford Place, Warsaw; Donna M. Anderson, 57, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Lot 113, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
n 3:05 p.m. Friday – Ind. 13S, 2,000 feet south of Old Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Teresa A. Irven, 49, of 358 Butterstone Trail, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
