n 8:54 a.m. Tuesday - Larry Lee Dennis Jr., 40, 11510 Venetian Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 3:55 p.m. Tuesday - Seth Lane Ruggles, 33, Culver, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. No bond set.
n 4 p.m. Tuesday - Micah Benjamin Goss, 19, of 8580 W. CR 25S, Etna Green, arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Bond: $1,000.
n 7:15 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Junior Castle, 48, of 312 Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 10:11 p.m. Tuesday - Kennel Lee Williams, 40, of 9500 E. Ponderosa Drive, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $10,000.
n 11:22 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Ryan Monroe, 19, of 2355 W. CR 600N, Leesburg, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

n 8:30 p.m. Tuesday - CR 1250S, 800 feet east of CR 750W, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Amanda E. Shepherd, 27, CR 750W, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
