n 9:02 a.m. Monday - Michael B. Cole, 49, of 301 S. Mill St., North Manchester, arrested for check deception. Bond: $275.

n 1:31 p.m. Monday - Andru Boyd Hicks, 36, of 812 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of misdemeanor conversion, failure to appear and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $41,000.

n 7:49 p.m. Monday - Timothy Le Marner, 37, of 9788 E. Starry Eyed Lane, Cromwell, arrested for contempt of court, check deception and failure to appear. No bond set.

n 9:24 p.m. Monday - Kyle Robert O'Brien, 20, of 1735 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

n 3:12 a.m. today - Phillip Eugene Gagnon, 32, of 240 EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 9:35 a.m. Monday - Center Street, 200 feet east of Harrison Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lena R. Shepherd, 80, Main Street, Warsaw; Kristal L. Fox, 25, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 9:24 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 250N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kevin L. Williamson, 32, Lantern Road, Warsaw; Ramakrishna Pidaparti, 50 Ashland, Mass. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

n 7:40 a.m. Monday - Bonnie J. Richardson, Packerton Road, Warsaw, reported a possible fraud. KCSD.

n 9:22 a.m. Monday - An employee of Super Wash, Plaza Drive, Warsaw, reported damage to two coin-operated vending machines. WPD.
