n 7:16 a.m. Thursday – Cesar Soto, 35, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Lot 170, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $350.
n 9:39 a.m. Thursday – Timothy A. Dilley, 50, of 95 EMS D18 A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:58 p.m. Thursday – Tycri J. Smith, 18, Columbia City, arrested for burglary and theft less than $100,000 in value. No bond set.
n 5:33 p.m. Thursday – Tammy M. Honeycutt, 41, of 712 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $300.
n 5:35 p.m. Thursday – Melissa A. Yeiter, 43, of 712 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,838.50.

n 11:06 p.m. Thursday – Nathan S. Dimmock, 27, of 730 E. Wildwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for burglary and theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $5,000.
n 11:36 p.m. Thursday – Sierra L. Scaife, 18, of 423 E. Arthur St., Apt. E, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Bond: $300.
n 12:04 a.m. Friday – Nicole E. Dutton, 39, of 1802 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of chemical reagents/precursors of meth with intent to manufacture. Bond: $2,000.
n 12:36 a.m. Friday – Shelby M. McIntire, 22, of 1380 W. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction. Bond: $550.
n 12:48 a.m. Friday – Sheri A. Courson, 51, of 118 N. Tepee Drive, Warsaw, arrested for conspiracy to commit theft and possession of chemical reagents/precursors of meth. Bond: $2,000.
