n 8:23 a.m. Tusday - Carlos Torres, 26, of 3699 N. CR 175E Lot 49, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 3:39 p.m. Tuesday - Nichole Perry, aka Nichole Montgomery, 20, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. $500.

n 12:12 a.m. today - Shawnee Green, 39, Kimmel, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

n 1:11 a.m. today - Mervin Dean Miller, 26, 10266 W. Hepton Road, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 5:45 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 675W, Silver Lake. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Charles E. Miller, 69, Ind. 14, Akron. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 11:11 a.m. Saturday - Sam Vinci, EMS C22 Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of two DVD players and two portable DVD players from his vehicle. KCSD.

n 12:21 p.m. Saturday - Adam Shay, Sycamore Street, Silver Lake, reported the theft of a flat screen television, a VCR-DVD combo, a CD player, two video games systems with 34 games, a camera, a toolbox with tools and a rifle from his residence. KCSD.

n 7:33 p.m. Saturday - Jean Ann Hopkins, CR 150N, Pierceton, reported the theft of four holding cages for rabbits, 200 feeder crocks and 200 water bottles. Value: $3,400. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n Sunday - Fannie M. Minnix, CR 200N, Warsaw, reported a break-in to her residence and the theft of a purse and medications. KCSD.

n 12:14 a.m. Sunday - An employee of Lowe's Home Improvement, Jalynn Street, Warsaw, reported damage to a soda machine. Damage: $1,000. WPD.

n 4 a.m. Sunday - Matt T. Maloni, Bishop Road, Syracuse, reported a break-in to Wawasee Golf Club Pro Shop and the theft of a cash register containing cash and checks. KCSD.

n 9:04 a.m. Sunday - Jon Christian Lambert, Vicky Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of a bicycle. WPD.

n 12:47 p.m. Sunday - David Teel, CR 100W, Cromwell, reported the theft of six golf cart batteries and a charger from his golf cart. Value: $1,068. KCSD.
