- 6:36 a.m. Monday – Michael Heintzelman, 37, of 615 W. Wilkenson St., Warsaw, arrested for public indecency. Bond: $350.
- 9:04 a.m. Monday – Jeremy Cochran, 24, Wheatfield, arrested for probation violation. Bond; $10,000.
- 2:23 p.m. Monday – Brenda Blanton, 37, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for dealing marijuana and battery. Bond: $26,000.
- 7:18 p.m. Preston Nielson, 20, Millersburg, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
- 7:30 p.m. Monday – Justin McKibin, 18, Millersburg, arrested for battery and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $500,
- 9:38 p.m. Monday – Justin Brinegar, 30, of 712 S. Dixie Drive, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 11:04 p.m. Monday – Derek Powell, 36, of 1413 Indiana Avenue, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $300.
- 1:08 a.m. Tuesday – Nikki Milton, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for check deception. Bond: $975.
- 1:27 a.m. Tuesday – Michelle Poe, 27, Warsaw, arrested for burglary and public intoxication. Bond: $5,000.
- 2:09 a.m. Tuesday – Angie Cunningham, 36, of 1054 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond; $550.

- 7:54 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 S. and Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mark Lybarger, 48, South Clover Lane, Warsaw; Austin Lumpkin, 17, South Maple Run, Warsaw. Injuries: Lumpkin complained of back pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 8:32 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Cesar Saucedo, 27, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Samantha Lynch, Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Saucedo complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
- 12:11 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and North Bay Drive, Warsaw.  Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Athena Davros, 23, Lincolnwood, Ill.; Merla Ousley, 59, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw; Dallas Owens, 62, South Union Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Ousley complained of neck pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
