• 6:54 p.m. Thursday – David Robert Dillion, 31, Lagro, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:34 p.m. Thursday – Richard Lee Hardwick, 58, of 519 Harbour Landing, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 10:23 p.m. Thursday – Mauricio Carvajal, 45, of 2935 E. Joshua Drive,  Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 3:24 a.m. Friday – Todd Robert Valentine, 39, of 306 E. Lynwood Drive, Syracuse, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing, resisting law enforcement and battery on law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 9 a.m. Thursday – Intersection  of  Winona Avenue and South McKinley Street, Winona Lake. Same direction sideswipe. Drivers: Colin D. Shafer, 32,  West Emeline Street, Milford; David S. Craig, 59, North Parker Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 10 a.m. Thursday – Intersection  of  Anchorage Road and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Barry J. Hyde, 59, West Bluebird Drive, Warsaw; Robert J. Patton, 43, EMS T33 Lane, Leesburg. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:55 a.m. Thursday – Intersection  of  North Indiana Avenue and North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Two-car rear-end collision. Drivers: Emiley H. Edwards, 17, South Edgewater Drive, Syracuse; Roger L. Korenstra, 63, North CR 650E, Syracuse. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
