• 5:29 p.m. Tuesday – Brandon Derrick Carr, 30, of 200 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
• 7:52 p.m. Tuesday – Henry Blake Ford, 28, of 2007 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $397.
• 8:31 p.m. Tuesday – Maria Fabiola Marquez, 32, of 1202 Wooster Road, Lot 76, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 8:47 p.m. Tuesday – Jason Collins, 27, of 5760 W. Decoy, Palestine, arrested for counterfeiting a certificate of registration. Bond: $450.

• 4:51 a.m. Tuesday – 1535 W. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit light pole. Driver: Marcia K. Ulrich, 58, Park Drive, Columbia City. Injuries: Ulrich complained of pain to the wrist, head and ribs, but refused medical attention. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:56 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Parker Street and South Drive, Warsaw. Two-car rear-end collision. Drivers: Jennifer Kellogg, 28, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw; Jeffrey L. Gordon, 23, Logan Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Kellogg complained of chest pain, but refused medical attention; Gordon complained of pain to the head, back, neck and left arm, but refused medical attention. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500.
