 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:41 a.m. Tuesday – Justin Lee Williams, 45, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 5:29 p.m. Tuesday – Brandon Derrick Carr, 30, of 200 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
• 7:52 p.m. Tuesday – Henry Blake Ford, 28, of 2007 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $397.
• 8:31 p.m. Tuesday – Maria Fabiola Marquez, 32, of 1202 Wooster Road, Lot 76, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 8:47 p.m. Tuesday – Jason Collins, 27, of 5760 W. Decoy, Palestine, arrested for counterfeiting a certificate of registration. Bond: $450.
• 9:02 p.m. Tuesday – Krystal Joan Smith, 42, of 529 Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $500.

• 4:51 a.m. Tuesday – 1535 W. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit light pole. Driver: Marcia K. Ulrich, 58, Park Drive, Columbia City. Injuries: Ulrich complained of pain to the wrist, head and ribs, but refused medical attention. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:56 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection  of  North Parker Street and South Drive, Warsaw. Two-car rear-end collision. Drivers: Jennifer Kellogg, 28, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw; Jeffrey L. Gordon, 23, Logan Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Kellogg  complained of chest pain, but refused medical attention; Gordon complained of pain to the head, back, neck and left arm, but refused medical attention. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection  of  North Detroit Street and Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Zachary T. Breeden, 20, Widaman Street, Winona Lake; Linda B. Duncan, 46, South Indiana 15, Silver Lake. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
• 3:16 p.m. Saturday – Intersection  of  Lake City Highway and South Circle Drive East, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Amber R. Richter, 35, East  Sandy Drive, Warsaw; Tiffany S. Kenney, 35, Frank Lane, Warsaw. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
• 6:11 p.m. Saturday – Intersection  of  North Fox Farm Road and South Side Drive, Warsaw. Two-car rear-end collision. Drivers: Megan D. Bixler, 18, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw; Channing M. Kruse, 24, North Side Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 2:01 p.m. Tuesday – An individual reported her front right passenger tire vandalized in the 200 block of St. Augustine Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• noon Tuesday – An employee of Lake City Bank reported fraud in the 200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
