• 5:13 p.m. Sunday – Phillip Wayne Centers, 32, of 105 Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:28 p.m. Monday – Stephen Andrew Cable, 39, Peru, arrested for violating probation. Bond: $5,000.
• 2:06 p.m. Monday – Delorion Larell Vance, 24, Mishawaka, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $23,000.
• 3:31 p.m. Monday – Kerry Lee Kern, 30, Garret, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $450.
• 9:57 p.m. Monday – Sherri L Moran, 59, of 5877 North First St., Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
Property Damage Accidents
• 1:57 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs South 1000W and West 700S, Mentone. Vehicle ran off road to avoid deer. Driver: Scott A Wise, 33, West Rochester Street, Akron. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:40 p.m. Monday – Walton Boulevard. Two vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Lorie A Parret, 45, East Seneca Lane, Cromwell; Nicole E Wills, 31, South Brubaker Street, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
