- 11:08 a.m. Wednesday – David Gill, 35, of 210 S. Main St., Etna Green, arrested for habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.
- 2:18 p.m. Wednesday – Samuel Hirschy, 18, Deacatur, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 4:13 p.m. Wednesday – Judie Witham, 32, of 4311 E. CR 500W, Rochester, arrested for habitual traffic violator. Bond $5,000
- 5:43 p.m. Wednesday – Ronald Rodriguez, 34, of 901 . S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
- 6:04 p.m. Wednesday – Chanda Rodriguez, 32, of 901 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for aiding and abetting a criminal. Bond: $20,000.
- 10:19 p.m. Wednesday – May Fee, 42, Pendleton, arrested for computer tampering. Bond:$750.
- 1:22 a.m. Thursday – Anthony Battle, 48, of Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
