- 8:36 p.m. Tuesday - Roger Allen Diemer, 44, of 1229 Ind. 5, Cromwell, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $500.

- 9:17 p.m.Tuesday - Matthew Gene Waggoner, 22, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
