n 5:09 a.m. Tuesday - Gabriel Mac Bennett, 21, of 1208 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $450.

n 10:14 a.m. Tuesday - Jason Clark, 30, of 208 James St., Milford, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $5,000.

n 11:20 a.m. Tuesday - Jack Gabe Miller, 33, of 2666 Pine Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 6:31 p.m. Tuesday - Doral Eugene Haab, 64, of 308 W. Fourth St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor conversion. Bond: $350.

n 7:42 p.m. Tuesday - James Edward Collins Jr., 50, of 312 William St., Milford, arrested for check deception and public intoxication. Bond: $525.

Injury: A passenger in Nicholas' car, Kierra Davis, 7, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:05 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Center Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Alicia M. Lucero, 18, Sophie Lane, Warsaw; Karen A. Demerly, 42, CR 175E, Warsaw. Injury: Demerly complained of neck pain. Damage: Less than $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:41 p.m. Thursday - Clark Smith, CR 200N, Warsaw, reported a burglary to his home and the theft of a pillowcase and shams, coins, four guns and jewelry from his residence. KCSD.

n 10:39 a.m. Monday - Shawn Marie Knafel, Woodland Acres Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of an mp3 player. WPD.

n 11:05 a.m. Tuesday - A juvenile reportedly fired a shotgun from a residence into another building, damaging two mailboxes. Damage: $300. WPD.

n 12:18 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Byron Slone, Walter Way, Warsaw, reported the theft of a love seat and a couch from his residence. Value: $1,400. WPD.

n 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - Jack Eric Pullin, Lake Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of 500 feet of electrical wire, a window air conditioner, a gas trimmer, a tool bag, and miscellaneous tools from a rental house. Damage: $335. WPD.

n 10:22 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Mad Anthony Brewing Co., Center Street, Warsaw, reported finding a paper bag with a shotgun shell and a note that was left by a patron. WPD.

n 11:11 p.m. Monday - Beth Warren, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of cash from a vehicle. KCSD.

n 11:25 p.m. Tuesday - Amanda R. Brown, Columbia City, reported a tire slashed on her vehicle. Damage: $50. WPD.

n Tuesday - A Warsaw man reported being battered. KCSD.
