n 12:07 p.m. Monday – Krista Roxanne Mishler, 53, South Bend, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,000.
n12:02 p.m. Monday – Michael Eugene Heintzelman, 39, Goshen, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $812.50.
n 12:39 p.m. Monday – Stephanie Louise Walker, 37, of 202 S. Clay St., Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.
n 12:45 p.m. Monday – Wayne Maggard, 52, Wakarusa, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 2:39 p.m. Monday – Justin Wayde Siede, 22, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for interfering with reporting a crime and criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
n 6:16 p.m. Monday – Charles Brendon Shepherd, 34, of 508 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $500.
n 9:32 p.m. Monday – Clifford Daugherty, 33, of 1110 W. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 1:38 a.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 275E and 225S, Warsaw. Car hit sign. Driver: James W. Crace, 25, Sunday Lane, Winona Lake. Injuries: Crace complained of knee, lower leg and foot pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 3:29 p.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: John D. Hall, 32, Cecil Street, North Manchester; Dennis L. Cripe. 62, CR 250N, Larwill. Injury: Cripe complained of minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 3:46 p.m. Monday – Intersection of North Detroit and Fort Wayne Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kala E. Tharp, 20, Southside Drive, Warsaw; Karyl K. Smith, 70, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Smith complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

Neighbors in the vicinity of Main and Bronson streets approached the Warsaw Traffic Commission Wednesday regarding a safety concern at that intersection.
