The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

n 11:02 a.m. Tuesday - Linda Elaine Mounsey, 49, of 4095 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

n 11:26 a.m. Tuesday - Danielle L. Mounsey, 21, Goshen, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

n 12:42 p.m. Tuesday - Louis Alexander Juarez, aka Louis Alexander Cabrerra, 28, of 504 Frazier St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $100,000.

n 1:26 p.m. Tuesday - Partick Anthony Tripp, 38, Walkerton, arrested for theft-possession of stolen property and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $5,000.

n 10:03 p.m. Tuesday - David Wright Neeley, 44, of 4950 S. CR 1150W, Mentone, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

n 9:17 a.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15N, 250 feet north of Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Adam J. Stewart, 22, Lydia Drive, Warsaw; Carly J. Walker, 22, Harper Road, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 3:21 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15N nd Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Driver: Whitney L. Sparkman, 19, Ind. 25, Mentone; Kimberlee E. Lipply, 22, CR 450N, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 5:41 p.m. Thursday - Lottie King, EMS B40F Lane, North Webster, reported the theft of lawn ornaments from her yard. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 2 p.m. Monday - An employee of Family Video, Winona Avenue, Warsaw, reported the theft of five DVDs from the store. WPD.

n 3:49 p.m. Monday - An employee of Walmart, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported receiving counterfeit $20 and $10 bills. WPD.
