- 4:51 a.m. Monday – Nathan Taylor, 26, of 111 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 5:49 a.m. Monday – Gerrardo Monted, 22, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $2,000.
- 7:12 a.m. Monday – Jeremy Pulsipher, 33, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
- 7:15 a.m. Monday – Merry Thomas, 52, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
- 11:09 a.m. Monday – Tyler Foreman, 22, Columbia City, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $5,000.
- 12:01 p.m. Monday – Charles Herr, 31, of 1404 Alpha Drive, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $750.
- 5:16 p.m. Monday – Kyle Davidson, 23, of 804 Westside Road, Rochester, arrested for possession of a legend drug or precursors. Bond: $2,000.
- 6:55 p.m. Monday – Brooke Grindle, 25, of 512 E. 14th St., Rochester, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.
- 7:48 p.m. Monday – Kacynda Northrup, 23, of 483 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
- 1:13 a.m. Tuesday – Tyler Smith, 29, of 506 W. Himes St, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
Personal Injury Accident
- 9:05 p.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30W and CR 200N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Fatima Castillo, 18, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Daryl Stevens, 47, Prospect, Ohio. Injuries: Stevens complained of lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Property Damage Accidents
- 10:49 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 600N, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a deer. Drivers: David Antu, 57, West CR 900N, Milford. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 1:50 p.m. Friday – Intersection of CRs 225N and CR 875W, Cromwell. One vehicle struck a mailbox. Driver: Kelly Whitaker, 34, West Jackson Street, Bourbon. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 9:08 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Old 30 and CR 600W, Atwood. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Harvey Hayes, 36, West CR 200N, Warsaw; Ricky Watters, 56, Fishers Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
