n 10:43 a.m. Thursday - Richard Vesley Wilson, 23, of 960 N. Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:52 a.m. Thursday - Fernando Ramos, 28, of 1314 St. Marys Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

n 12:33 p.m. Thursday - John Robert Walsh, 26, Peru, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

n 8:44 p.m. Thursday - Brandon Lavon Wright, 21, South Bend, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 9:18 p.m. Thursday - Austin J. Messer, 18, New Paris, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 10:29 p.m. Thursday - Robert Dewayne Rice, 48, of 8094 N. Ind. 13, North Webster, arrested for harassment, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

Injury: Anglemyer suffered scrapes to his body. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 1:20 p.m. Thursday - CR 175E, 3,000 feet north of CR 200N, Warsaw. Car rolled on side. Driver: Janet Saucedo, 15, CR 175E, Warsaw. Injury: Saucedo complained of shoulder pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

n 7:28 a.m. Thursday - Brandi Dawn Watkins, Old Colony Road, Warsaw, reported a window broken in a vehicle and tires slashed on two vehicles. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 10:14 a.m. Thursday - An employee of McDonalds, Warsaw, reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill. WPD.

n 1:24 p.m. Thursday - Raven Blu Downey, Oldfather Street, Warsaw, reported damage to tires on two vehicles. WPD.

n 2:05 p.m . Thursday - A Pierceton woman reported being battered. WPD.

n 2:15 p.m. Thursday - Larry Ellis Konkle, Warsaw, reported the theft of a duffel bag, CD case with three CDs, a checkbook, three prescriptions and a jump starter from his vehicle. Value: $260. WPD.

n 9:21 p.m. Thursday - Wendy Obacz, Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, reported a window broken and tires cut on three vehicles at his residence. KCSD.

n 3:52 p.m. Thursday - Donald Sloan, First Street, Leesburg, reported the theft of prescription medication from his residence. KCSD.

n 5:18 p.m. Thursday - David Goon, Meadow Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of a bicycle. WPD.
