- 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - Edward James Olson, 25, of 4224 N. Runkle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.

- 10:55 p.m. Wednesday - Bradon Eugene Cary, 32, of 415 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for non-support. Bond: $2,500.

- 11:51 p.m. Wednesday - Trinton Jarrod Tuttle, 24, of 9018 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for burglary, resisting/fleeing law enforcement and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $7,000.

- 1:38 a.m. today - Jay Lynn Krauter, 40, of 2075 West St., Milford, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 12:08 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15S and East Main Street, Warsaw. Farm vehicle-SUV.Drivers: Donald J. Welsh, 74, Lafayette; Reyne L. Miller, 46, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

- 10:15 p.m. Wednesday - CR 700E, 500 feet north of CR 600S, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Nathan L. Ybarra, 30, West Ind. 14, South Whitley. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - An Elder Beerman employee, East Frontage Road, Warsaw, reported damage to the business. Damage: $400.

- 6:36 p.m. Wednesday - Kirk Blackburn, Inverness Point, Warsaw, reported the theft of a guitar. WPD.
