 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:07 p.m. Wednesday – Brandi Lee Fribley, 28, of 10748 N. Grove Road, Milford, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $168.50.
• 3:07 p.m. Wednesday – Chad Preston Hall, 37, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:13 p.m. Wednesday – Gregory Arnell Southall, 51, of 1911 Miami Drive, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 7:45 p.m. Wednesday – Stevon Lewayne Southall, 37, of 1911 Miami Drive, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 7:46 p.m. Wednesday – Chelsea Pauline Wineland, 21, of 8118 E. Ind. 30, Pierceton, arrested for violating probation and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $660.

Warsaw Walks Off Goshen For First Conference Victory

MACOG Seeks Public Input On New Regional Transportation Safety Action Plan: Move Safe Michiana
SOUTH BEND — After a year of collaboration, data analysis and community engagement, the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) unveiled Move Safe Michiana – the Regional Transportation Safety Action Plan. This comprehensive strategy addresses roadway safety in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko and Marshall counties and is now available for public review and comment until June 9.
