n 2:53 p.m. Tuesday – Matthew Christopher Collins, 37, of 10 N. Mallard Lane, North Manchester, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $350.
n 4:11 p.m. Tuesday – Richard Lynn Whetzel Sr., 63, Elkhart, arrested for theft. No bond set.
n 3:28 p.m. Tuesday – Chaunsay Mikila Cook, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

Injuries: Adams complained of collar bone and back pain and his friend took him to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
