n 2:53 p.m. Tuesday – Matthew Christopher Collins, 37, of 10 N. Mallard Lane, North Manchester, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $350.
n 4:11 p.m. Tuesday – Richard Lynn Whetzel Sr., 63, Elkhart, arrested for theft. No bond set.
n 3:28 p.m. Tuesday – Chaunsay Mikila Cook, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

n 7:19 p.m. Tuesday – Thomas Charles Brown IV, 23, of 19 EMS B60B Lane, Warsaw, arrested for dealing narcotics. Bond: $10,000
n 1:42 a.m. today – Casi James Leland, 52, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $425.

n 7:09 p.m. Tuesday – East Old 30, 200 feet east of CR 250E, Warsaw. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: James M. Adams, 34, CR 700E, Leesburg. Injuries: Adams complained of collar bone and back pain and his friend took him to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
