County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 8:56 a.m. Thursday – Antonio Castillo, 24, of 1912 Indian Trail, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $500.
- 10:49 a.m. Thursday – Brian Kiser, 44, Elkhart, arrested for forgery. No bond set.
- 1:31 p.m. Thursday – Paul Wiard, 71, 1011 Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $5,000.
- 2:54 p.m. Thursday – Ricky Owens, 50, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.  
- 4:32 p.m. Thursday – Heather Rush, 37, of 2176 N. CR 875W, Etna Green, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.
- 5:49 p.m. Thursday – Rex Lewallen, 47, of 9813 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:02 a.m. Friday – Robert Williamson, 18, of 27 Pequinot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

Property Damage Accidents
- 3:32 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Pioneer Lane and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers:  Peggy Brubaker, 54, Wexford Place, Warsaw; John Sturgill, Inverness Point, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.  Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 3:30 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Backwater Road and W21 Lane, North Webster. One vehicle ran into Webster Lake. Driver: Aaron Alfano, 21, South Ind. 5, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 8:43 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Center and Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shelby Poe, 17, Country Club Drive, Warsaw; Ron Mudd, 59, Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

- 2:13 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported a theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
- 2:13 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported a theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
- 3:30 p.m. Wednesday – A man reported theft in the 500 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
- 6:20 p.m. Wednesday – An officer reported disorderly conduct at the Kosciusko County Jail. WPD.
- 7:30 p.m. Wednesday – A man reported theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
- 8:41 p.m. Wednesday – A resident at the Beaman Home reported intimidation. WPD.
- 8 a.m. Thursday – A man reported theft in the 300 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
- 3 p.m. Thursday – A woman reported theft in the 1200 North Shore Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.
- 6:46 p.m. Thursday – A man reported an animal bite in the 1000 block of  East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.
